I'm Felix
Felix Fönix is a performance artist from Berlin, mixing dance, improv, yoga and music into playful experiences that break free from everyday limitations and create connections with deeper levels of the self as well as within community.
For six years I’ve been bringing extraordinary rituals and driving dance sets to festival dancefloors. I invite you into deep transformation through radical self-love, moving in harmony with yourself, your inner and outer nature.
Since my mother took me to my first festival in 1993 (the Shiva Moon, a Goa Trance Festival) I have loved to dance. Preferably open air and in nature. Dancing is my therapy. This life wisdom encouraged me to bring warm, psychedelic sound journeys to some of the most beautiful spots on Earth. ♡ॐ

Soul Dance
Let’s move together as One Human Body.
Since 2019 I’m bringing my Soul Dance Experiences to festival dancefloors: a mix of Ecstatic Dance, workshop, improv, yoga, play and a lot of fun, connection and interaction.
Together we expand our comfort zone by connecting with our inner child through curiosity and play. We create a space for intimacy without sexuality, for trust, consent, movement and collective awareness.
What started in 2019 as the Yoga & Movement Workshop became the Collective Soul Dance. In 2025 the Soul Dance family grew with the Naked Soul Dance: a powerful transformational journey to connect with your body — and by that with yourself — in new ways; leaving behind stigma and collective projections, and breaking free from limitations.

The Soul Dances are made for all dancefloors of this world that invite open-minded humans into a deeper connection. Participant capacity is limited only by the size of the dancefloor and surrounding space.

Rooted in a multidisciplinary background, I fuse electronic music with artistic expression and ritualistic energy. My sets move beyond entertainment, shaping immersive experiences that invite dancers into connection — with themselves, with each other and with the collective pulse of the floor.
Drawing from influences across world music, deep house, organic techno, psy tech and beyond, I weave warm and heartfelt soundscapes that balance groove with emotional depth. Each performance becomes a journey, oscillating between subtle introspection and euphoric release.

Dancefloor Shaman
Music is for healing, for feeling whole, for being alive in your tribe.
My artistic roots reach into yoga, indigenous ritual knowledge, shamanic practices and psychedelic therapies. My approach is inspired by Ecstatic Dance, Holotropic Breathwork, BioDanza, Contact Improvisation and Somatic Movement practices — weaving these traditions into a contemporary language of sound and dance.
Deeply inspired by African and other indigenous cosmologies, I understand music as something that can reconnect us with ourselves, nature and community. Sometimes through simple sounds, sometimes through complex ones — always with the intention to let us listen, dance, be and feel at home in this reality.
As part of a new wave of artists merging music, consciousness and community, my mission remains the same: to turn the dancefloor into a playground of transformation and a celebration of life.

My Passion
My journey of co-creating festivals started in 2013 as a volunteer at the former Berlin Yoga Festival, supporting it from 2013 to 2015 as it grew to more than 7,000 visitors.
In 2019 I began contributing as a performance artist and speaker at Wilde Möhre, Moyn Moyn and Bucht der Träumer, and in 2023 as a DJ and stage support at Wurzelfestival and Evolution.
In 2024 I took on the role of bar manager at Evolution, cooked in the crew kitchen at Antaris and became stage manager at Evolution. That same year I created our own little festival with a few friends and around 300 guests on Tenerife, Spain.
